New patient appointments are 2 hours in length.  Please have your homeopathic questionnaire filled out when you arrive for your appointment.  We make every effort to start and finish on time so please be prompt.

Follow up appointments are important to assess the progress of your treatment.  The first follow up appointment will be scheduled 6 – 8 weeks from your initial appointment.  After your first follow up; it will be determined when or if you will need to return for additional care.  Follow up appointments are approximately 45 minutes to an hour long.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before a scheduled visit.  When less than 24 hours notice is given; you will be charged the scheduled appointment fee.  For no shows; you will also be charged the scheduled appointment fee.

Fees are charged for phone consultations that exceed 15 minutes.  Fees are not charged for phone calls made to clarify issues discussed during an office visit, questions concerning treatment or brief progress reports on the effectiveness of treatment.  However, please feel free to call as needed.

Please use common sense.  If the condition is life threatening or becomes severe, please contact your local family practice physician or go to the local hospital emergency room.  Please follow the medical advice given by your doctor or hospital doctors.  Homeopathic remedies do not interfere with standard medical treatment.   You can tell your practitioner about the situation at a later time.

Most non-life threatening situations may be treated homeopathically and we encourage you to call your practitioner.
